Tomatoes without sterilization

Canned tomatoes without sterilization are very simple and delicious. This is not a standard tomato recipe without sterilization, we will not put currant leaves, garlic cherries on the bottom of the jars, but directly add everything to the marinade. So the marinade is sufficiently saturated with the aroma of herbs and spices, and in the right amount it will give the whole taste to the tomatoes without clogging their naturalness.

Ingredients:

For 3 cans of 3 liters.

  • Tomatoes

Marinade:

  • Water - 4-4.5 liters;
  • salt - 5-6 tablespoons;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • bay leaf - 15 pieces;
  • black pepper - 20 pieces;
  • currant and cherry leaves of 10 pieces;
  • garlic - 1 head;
  • vinegar 9% 3/4 cup for each jar.

Step-by-step recipe for tomatoes without sterilization

  1. Wash and arrange tomatoes in banks.
  2. To prepare the marinade add to it all the ingredients except garlic and vinegar. Boil the marinade for 7 minutes, then add the peeled garlic cloves and vinegar.
  3. Pour the tomatoes with boiling marinade. After 2-3 minutes, pour the marinade into the pan, bring it to a boil again and pour the tomatoes again. Roll up.
  4. Wrap the tomatoes until cool.
