  9. We put the milk to heat in a saucepan, add the remaining sugar, vanillin to it, bring to a boil, remove from heat.
  10. Pour milk into an egg mixture in a small stream, stirring continuously. By volume 1/3 of milk.
  11. Then we combine these components, put the stewpan on medium heat and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Our cream thickens well.
  12. Remove from heat, add the crumbled bar of chocolate, knead well. We cover it tightly with cling film to fit on the cream itself.
  13. We leave aside for cooling, and then in the refrigerator for cooling. It is better to first prepare the cream, and then the dough - this will make more rational use of time.
  14. Beat cold cream until it peaks, combine with chilled cream. Separate 1/3 of the part for decoration from above, set aside.
  15. Roll the roll of dough and grease with cream, twist again into a roll, put the edge down.
  16. Cut the edges of the roll 5-7 centimeters - these are our future knots. We spread them on a roll on top.
