Once, on the pages of a culinary magazine, I saw an interesting recipe for mini buns, I wanted to cook the trampolines as soon as possible to see what happened. Small buns are so tender and soft inside that they simply cannot be described in words, and trampolines are prepared in a dry frying pan. Can you imagine?   • water - 250 milliliters;
  • flour - 350 grams;
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

  1. The flour for these buns must be taken sifted.
  2. We combine dry yeast with flour. We also add salt to taste.
  3. Now pour warm water and proceed to kneading the dough. The dough must be made so that it does not stick to your hands.
  4. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out small circles. I made it with a glass.
  5. I cover the cut circles with cling film. Leave them under the film for about 20 minutes.
  6. You can start frying. We heat the pan and fry the buns over medium heat. Fry without vegetable oil, just in a dry frying pan.
