Unthinkable tender chicken rolls with orange

And not surprising: it is very tasty, flavorful meat inside which is juicy citrus - an orange slice. All this is served under delicious sour cream sauce seasoned with spicy spices. Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 400 grams;
- orange - 1 piece;
- sour cream - 30-50 grams;
- mayonnaise - 40-60 grams;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper to taste;
- flour - 1 tablespoon;
- water - 0.5 cups;
- bay leaf - 2-3 pieces;
- dried granulated garlic - 0.3 teaspoon.

- First you need to peel an orange and disassemble into slices. We use ten slices of orange, which will be stuffed for meatloaf.
- We cut the chicken fillet into long strips up to half a centimeter thick: along the meat fibers.
- We lay out each piece in a plastic bag and beat it with a hammer so that thin “ribbons” of chicken meat are formed.
- We add salt to each piece, season with freshly ground black pepper and generously coat with mayonnaise.
- Tip. It is better to use fatty mayonnaise, it is tastier.
- On the edge of the meat tape we put a slice of orange and wrap it in a roll.
- We fix the edges with a toothpick so that the roll does not unfold during heat treatment.

- Tip. Sauce flour is needed as a thickener, but it is necessary to fry it a little in a skillet.
- When the flour is gilded, add sour cream and a little water. Mix everything and bring to a boil.
- Season the sour cream sauce with salt and spices: dry garlic, bay leaf, black pepper. You can use the seasonings that you like best: the main thing is that they go well with chicken.
