And not surprising: it is very tasty, flavorful meat inside which is juicy citrus - an orange slice. All this is served under delicious sour cream sauce seasoned with spicy spices.   • chicken breast - 400 grams;
  • orange - 1 piece;
  • sour cream - 30-50 grams;
  • mayonnaise - 40-60 grams;
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper to taste;
  • flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • water - 0.5 cups;
  • bay leaf - 2-3 pieces;
  • dried granulated garlic - 0.3 teaspoon.

  1. First you need to peel an orange and disassemble into slices. We use ten slices of orange, which will be stuffed for meatloaf.
  2. We cut the chicken fillet into long strips up to half a centimeter thick: along the meat fibers.
  3. We lay out each piece in a plastic bag and beat it with a hammer so that thin “ribbons” of chicken meat are formed.
  4. We add salt to each piece, season with freshly ground black pepper and generously coat with mayonnaise.
  5. Tip. It is better to use fatty mayonnaise, it is tastier.
  6. On the edge of the meat tape we put a slice of orange and wrap it in a roll.
  7. We fix the edges with a toothpick so that the roll does not unfold during heat treatment.

  13. Season the sour cream sauce with salt and spices: dry garlic, bay leaf, black pepper. You can use the seasonings that you like best: the main thing is that they go well with chicken.
