- young cabbage - 0.5 kilograms;
- chicken fillet (optional) - 100 grams;

- First of all, we need to prepare the mincemeat for the pie. To do this, thinly chop the young cabbage. If you do not have a grater, use a sharp knife. Transfer the required amount of cabbage into a separate bowl. Salt a little and grind with your hands.
- Our pie can be made without chicken, but today we want to cook a more satisfying version of the pie. To do this, take the chicken breast and wash it under running water. Wipe with dry napkins and chop finely.
- Also chop the onion finely. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and send the onions to fry.
- Following the onion, we send the chopped chicken fillet and add the carrots grated on a fine grater.
- Now you need to choose a pan that could accommodate cabbage and chicken with onions and carrots. We shift everything into it and simmer on low heat until half ready.
