Sometimes guests come so unexpectedly that you need to sharply remember how to cook some kind of quick salad. I offer a dish of ingredients that are always in the refrigerator. A recipe for a crispy salad should be in the piggy bank of every housewife. It will be appropriate both on the festive table and on the everyday. I’m telling you how to quickly prepare a delicious salad.
- 1 raw carrot;
- 150 grams of sausage;
- 2 pickled cucumbers;
- 3 fresh cucumbers;
- 0.5 cans of green peas;
- 0.5 cans of canned corn;
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
I use smoked sausage. Cucumbers marina itself. Often I roll green peas on my own, corn is only purchased. I usually buy all products for future use, so the ingredients for a quick salad are always at hand.
Well, a very quick salad. Step cooking
- Three carrots on a special grater, with which Korean vegetables are cut for salad. Or we cut with a knife a long thin straw. We use carrots without heat treatment.
- In the same way, three or chop fresh cucumbers.
- We take on whipped pickled cucumbers for a salad. They must be cut into small cubes.
- Since the salad recipe includes sausage, we cut it too. First, thin circles, and then cut them into strips. I usually divide this straw by half more.
- We prepare a container where we will mix a quick salad with vegetables. We spread carrots, sausages, corn and peas (from which the liquid was previously drained), fresh and pickled cucumbers. Add mayonnaise. Mix well. A plus of our recipe for a delicious salad is that very little mayonnaise is required. Therefore, it can be eaten even in the evening.
- Spread a quick salad with corn in a serving dish. At will we decorate with greens (a sprig of dill or parsley). I sometimes serve a portioned salad to guests for a change. Now you can try!
