Ingredients:

  • white onion - 350-400 grams;
  • parsley (root) - 1 piece;
  • parsley green shoots - 2-3 branches;
  • laurel in a leaf - 3 plates;
  • oil - 54 grams.

Attention! It is advisable to take a variety of oval tomatoes with a dense skin. Such fruits hold their shape perfectly and retain a presentable appearance.

For one serving:

  • water - liter;
  • salt - 15 grams;
  • vinegar (6-9%) - 54 grams;
  • sugar - 56 grams;
  • pepper (black) - 5 peas.

Attention! Even if the tomato is very sweet, reducing the amount of sugar is not recommended. It is another pickling ingredient.

  1. Dissolve the whole onion rings. Part of them can be put on the bottom of the can, a second share cover the tomatoes.

  4. Pour in aromatic vegetable oil.
