A pleasant note of freshness, which gives a young green dill, will charm all lovers of delicious vegetable dishes.

Ingredients:

  • vegetable oil - 30 milliliters;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • zucchini - 2 pieces;
  • salt to taste;
  • flour - 1 cup;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • champignons - 350 grams;
  • hard cheese - 80 grams;
  • baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
  • dill - 1 bunch;
  • onions - 1 piece;
  • ground pepper to taste.

  1. We wash the young zucchini well, dry and grate on a grater with large holes.
  2. Salt the zucchini a little, mix and put in a colander: in order for the glass to have excess moisture.

  7. Gently introduce the proteins into the zucchini, slowly kneading with a silicone spatula in one direction so that the proteins do not settle.
  8. On the baking sheet covered with parchment, lay out the dough for zucchini roll. We level the surface and send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees Celsius: for thirty minutes.
