- vegetable oil - 30 milliliters;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- zucchini - 2 pieces;
- salt to taste;

- We wash the young zucchini well, dry and grate on a grater with large holes.

- Tip. To whip the proteins well and quickly, they need to be well cooled and a pinch of salt added.
- Gently introduce the proteins into the zucchini, slowly kneading with a silicone spatula in one direction so that the proteins do not settle.
- On the baking sheet covered with parchment, lay out the dough for zucchini roll. We level the surface and send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees Celsius: for thirty minutes.
