Ingredients:

  • beef (thigh) - 500 grams;
  • beets - 0.2 kilograms;
  • potatoes - 4 pieces;

  • tomato paste - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • celery root - 150 grams;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • dill.

Borsch with beef. Step by step recipe

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and cook on low heat (cook for 90-100 minutes, but remove from the surface of the water foam, and also do not forget to salt water).
  2. While the broth is being cooked, go in for chopping the ingredients. Grate beets and carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion into small cubes, cut the potatoes into squares, and the cabbage into strips.

  4. Grind beets separately with garlic, adding a pinch of citric acid.
