- fresh white cabbage - 500 grams;

- paprika - 1 piece (0.5 green and red each);
- carrots - 1 piece;
- parsnip - 0.5 pieces (you can without it);
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- parsley, cilantro, spring onions;
- salt to taste;
- ginger, curry, oregano, basil, bay leaf;
- water - 1-1.4 liters.
Fat Burning Celery Soup. Step by step recipe
- To prepare celery soup, fresh white cabbage (according to the recipe) is cut into cubes with a knife.
If the core and stalk are thick in cabbage, then we remove it; and if small - cut everything together into small cubes.
- We take the pan and shift the prepared cabbage into it.
- Peel the onions for soup, wash them, cut them into quarters and chop the rings into quarters (two onions = 350 grams). Sliced onions are sent to the pot to the cabbage.

- Peel the carrots, wash them and chop them on a grater (I use medium-sized carrots).
- And then celery, chop the parsnip with a grater.
If you do not like the soup with the addition of parsnip, then you can not add it. But it seems to me that with the addition of parsnip the soup is tastier.
- We send all chopped vegetables to the pan: to cabbage with onions.
- Now add the tomatoes (fresh or one jar of tomatoes without salt in their own juice).

- Then add half a teaspoon of salt to the pan.

- We cover the pan with vegetables with a lid, send to the stove and bring the contents of the pan to a boil. When the fat-burning celery soup boils, remove the foam.
- After the foam has been removed, cook the fat-burning soup over low heat for 20 minutes.
- After this time, add all the spices to the soup (according to the recipe).
This soup is universal in that you can add to it those spices that you prefer.
- Remove the finished soup from the heat, close the pan with a lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
- Wash fresh greens and finely chop with a knife (I used parsley, cilantro and green onions from the greens). Chopped greens can be added to the pan, or to each in a plate - before serving. This is up to you!
