- 300 grams of cauliflower;
- 1 small zucchini;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 small onion;
- 1 stalk of celery;
- 1 medium tomato;
- 1 liter of vegetable broth;
- Bay leaf;
- small hot pepper;
- clove of garlic;
- a small bunch of parsley;
- olive oil;
- salt pepper.
Fast cooking vegetable soup. Step by step recipe
- Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots, onions and garlic. Cauliflower divided into inflorescences and boil.
- Cut the remaining vegetables into large slices. Sliced onions, carrots, celery, bell pepper, garlic and hot pepper in a deep saucepan.
- Add zucchini and all together to simmer another 2-3 minutes, then add hot vegetable stock.
