Lentil soup

I present to your court dietary lentil soup. The composition of the soup includes cauliflower, carrots and tomatoes. Soup is just one solid utility. It will take no more than 30 minutes to prepare, the dish is very tasty and nutritious, due to the fact that lentils are very well absorbed by the body, enriching it with both iron and lecithin. Lentils do not accumulate toxins in themselves and therefore is considered an environmentally friendly product.

Ingredients:

  • lentils (red, glass (180 ml) incomplete) - 1 glass;
  • cauliflower (1/4 part of a small head of cabbage) - 300 grams;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • onions - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • tomato - 2 pieces;
  • water (approximately) - 1.7 liters.

Lentil soup. Step by step recipe

  1. Peel and chop onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
  2. Add boiling water and washed lentils.
  3. Soak cauliflower in salty hot water for 5 minutes. Then divide into inflorescences and add to the soup.
  4. Peel and chop the tomatoes. Add to soup.
  5. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer until all ingredients are cooked.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. When serving, garnish with herbs.
