  5. We also add raw potatoes to the broth, previously washed, peeled and diced into small cubes.
  6. Adjust the amount of potatoes to your liking: if you like a lot of potatoes in the soup, you can use it more.
  7. Cut the second half of the onion into small cubes.
  8. Wash raw carrots, peel and rub on a coarse grater.
  9. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, pour onions and carrots, fry a little to make the vegetables softer. If you like fried vegetables more, then you can do it to your taste.
  10. When the onions and carrots are fried, they must be sent to the pot with the broth.
  11. We turn to the preparation of bell pepper: it needs to be peeled and cut into small cubes. Pour chopped pepper into a pan with the rest of the ingredients.
  12. We take fresh tomatoes (if you have frozen tomatoes, then you can use them instead of fresh ones), wash and cut into medium-sized cubes.
  13. Adjust the number of tomatoes yourself: the more tomatoes you use, the more pronounced the tomato flavor of the soup.
  14. We proceed to the preparation of dumplings, while the soup is cooked. Drive one egg into a separate bowl, put half a teaspoon of salt, mix it all thoroughly.
  15. Add a little water, flour to the mixed ingredients and mix until smooth.
  16. When the vegetables are cooked in the soup, we proceed to the formation of dumplings and adding them to the soup.
  17. To make it convenient to add dumplings, you can dial the dough into a tablespoon, and with the help of a teaspoon, gradually separate the dough into soup.
